Small Biz was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic (my business included). We need access to capital now more than ever and sources are drying up fast. Reg CF is a great rule, but we would like to see the SEC raise the limit to $5M. This will have an immediate impact on business now and into the future. I am a supporter of the proposed release 33-10763 in its entirety. Thank you! John Carter
