To whom it may concern: I support the proposed release of 33-10763 in its entirety. Small businesses are the hardest hit by the COVID-19 crisis. They need access to capital, but the sources are drying up fast. Regulation Crowdfunding is a great rule, but the 1.07 M limit is too low to be meaningful. I would like the SEC to immediately raise it to 5M to help business that are hurting right now. Thanks for your consideration. Sincerely, Eileen Domingo
