Gentlemen, As a small business owner since 1972 I support increasing the limits of Crowdfunding to $5 million. I succeeded by laboriously tugging on my own bootstraps and begging banks for just a bit of working capital. Today there are so many useful inventions coming from bright minds that can only be properly launched with more than the current $1.07 limit. Now the virus panic is adding to the challenges small businesses face. We are a nation of small business that together have huge impact, yet exist as individuals without the resources of the corporate giants.
