Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing you because I am concerned about you making it harder for small investor to participate in the economy. We need to release 33-10763 in its entirety. With the Coronavirus many small business will need help and not from big players. No capital for small businesses or a dearth of capital. While regulation crowdfunding is a great rule the 1.07 million limit is to low. Can you not raise it to 5 million to help the economy? Sincerely, Charles Cronin Ccronin97@comcast.net
