Please consider repealing 10b-18. The management of Airlines did not serve in the best interest of shareholders, employees nor this great nation’s security. I implore you review and amend the rule banning share repurchases to annually if at all. A bailout by the taxpayers for shortsighted management rather than building cash and investing excess in reserves they only sought personal compensation gain. Thank you.
