I strongly support this rule making. Based on my experience on the COPERA Board, the rule will provide information to investors that will significantly improve the information they get when it comes to investing in funds that will be subject to the rule. This will reduce the various types of non-transparent fees the funds charge investors. It will also enhance the competitiveness amongst the various funds investors can choose to invest in. I so applaud the SEC Commissioners for this rule making effort and under taking.
