October 30, 2022 I fully support this proposal. You have more than data and enough well researched comments to know these private funds only benefit a select few, while also putting the integrity of our markets in serious question. The fact that these funds have been able to operate in the dark for so long is astonishing in and of itself. As a lowly retail investor my trades can't even hit a lit market let alone effect the price of a security. Yet these funds are the only ones commenting in favor of these rulings. Claiming this would add to there reporting requirements. Everything should be reported. This is literally there job. Its about time they start doing it
