August 31, 2022 Hopefully you've received a lot of comments on this ruling. In the interest of not wasting your time, I will keep it short: In my opinion, this ruling is essential for our country to move forward. Private Equity has gotten out of control and must be reigned in. As a recent economics and finance graduate, I'm the friend in the group whom others talk to about this private equity issue. Although most people don't grasp the nuances, they understand the broad strokes. The quiet support for the fight the SEC is bringing to private equity is immense. I would wager that the issue of private equity is one of the few unifying issues in our country today. Keep taking it to the private equity industry. The United States is a better place because of what you're doing. Thank you.
