August 27, 2022 Im writing in support of increased transparency with private equity fees. With massive investment from public and private pension funds, private equity has become quasi-public mandating the need for clear fee structures. Lets pull the PE funds out of the shadows, so pension fund managers and other investors can optimize returns with clear information.
