August 17, 2022 I am writing in support of proposed regulations to make the fees that ALL funds, but especially private equity funds charge, transparent to potential investors, and reported in a standard way that allows for easy comparisons. This is a critical first step towards a policy which encourages a more rational allocation of our nations capital, and starts to reduce the massive amount of money that has flowed to relatively few individuals, contrary to the overall public interest.
