I am writing in support of the rule changes that will provide more oversight and common sense checks and balances to the current rules Please improve upon the SEC’s initial private equity oversight with these well informed rule changes I am not a financial expert, but more of a basic bookkeeper, and have been shocked at the lack of simple oversight and enforcement of basic standards of fiduciary duty to avoid self-dealing and fiscal harm to clients in the current system Sean Camblin, Eugene, OR
