To whom it may concern, I am writing as a state pension fund pensioner. I approve of all of the proposed rule changes, especially those concerning the lack of transparency in the financial services industry. I would like to add that severe jail-time punishments for wrong doers at all levels need to be included in the final rule making. Also, pensioners need to be informed of all pension plan actions that could result in lower returns to the fund. Pensioners are left out of the loop completely and this isn't right when their livelihood depends on those pension payments. Thank you for your time Glenn France
