I agree with proposed changes based on WSJ article of Feb 10 except I disagree with “… disclosures… wouldn’t have to be filed with the SEC or made public…”. Requiring companies to gather the information but stopping short of disclosing it publicly lacks the transparency needed and promised to improve markets.
