Apply actual fines AND punishments. 150% Fines on all profits + mandatory prison sentences of at least 2 years, followed by immediate revoking of license and being banned from future trading or working in the industry. This is the real issue, you guys don't enforce any real punishments. A $2,000 fine with no admittance to guilt is laughable
and why no one has faith in the US Government, or the institutions that claim to be enforcement.
