Enacting this rule would be a good step forward in providing a legal framework for defi exchanges. I believe that going forward, all of our securities and financial tools will be regulated using blockchain technology. Giving companies the framework to develop businesses that do so without legal ambiguity gives a much-needed amount of security that we currently lack in the wake of FTX being brought down. I am voicing my personal support as a retail investor in rule S7-02-22 being passed. Thank you, Ralph McHugh
