This is an EXTREMELY important and positive bill for our country in history. Any sort of genuine and healthy competition of markets and exchanges after so long is long over due. I genuinely hope bills such as these not only pass but continue to be put forward to not only incentivize really competitive and fair markets, but also to give those that ruined our system for so long with their greed, no option but to concede to exchanges that seek to benefit the healthy equelness of the entire market process
