I strongly support the amendment of this rule. After what we saw with FTX it is incredibly important that trading systems using block chain, distributed ledgers, or decentralized finance systems be held accountable through registry as National Security Exchanges. There is no reason not to have transparency and accountability with these systems and hold them to the same standards.
