To whom it may concern, In light of recent events, such as the collapse of FTX, I support the changes proposed on the exchange act rule 3b-16. The definition of exchange, and thus its privileges, must be better regulated in order to have crypto asset securities going through the same processes as all other securities. I fear that crypto asset securities, such as tokenized stock shares, might currently have little to no oversight. I would like to see some changes in how they're created, used and reported.
