 I do not think that exchanges that operate solely with crypto coins should be directly regulated, as those coins can be exchanged anywhere even off of said exchange. However, any exchange that handles transactions for \"tokenized\" stocks should be regulated as they have the potential to affect the price of those securities on the regular stock market. Any transaction of stock, tokenized or not, should go to the open market so we can have accurate price discovery instead of the hidden mess we currently have.
