 Dear SEC,

I am writing to express my support for the proposed rule outlined in document 34-94062. As a household investor, I believe that the proposed rule would provide significant benefits to individual investors like me.

The proposed rule would require companies to disclose more information about their use of derivatives and other complex financial instruments. This would help me better understand the risks associated with these investments and make more informed decisions about where to invest my money. Additionally, the proposed rule would increase transparency in the market, which would help prevent fraud and other forms of misconduct.

I appreciate that the proposed rule strikes an appropriate balance between providing investors with the information they need to make informed decisions and minimizing the regulatory burden on market participants. The rule would require companies to provide additional disclosures only when they engage in certain types of complex transactions, rather than imposing broad disclosure requirements that would be overly burdensome for companies that engage in more traditional investment strategies.

In conclusion, I strongly support the proposed rule outlined in document 34-94062. I believe that it would improve the quality of information available to individual investors like me and increase transparency in the market, while also minimizing the regulatory burden on market participants.

Thank you for considering my comments.
