Gary, why would I continue to invest in US markets when 95% of my orders are going to dark pools and dont have any impact on the SP?
Its the Market Makers that decide how and when a share price reacts
The Dark Pool rules have been in place since 2018, as you know those rules give you the authority and ability to shut down the dark pools either temporarily or preferably permanently, but you havent, and until you do bring fairness and transparency back to the markets I dont think Im the only one thats questioning the integrity of the entire system.
