I feel the SEC is trying to assert power through stop and frisk actions that only inhibit innovation. This ATS proposal should actually be named attack on cryptocurrency exchanges. Call it was it is and let retail investors know exactly what you are doing. All actions by the SEC on cryptocurrency have only harmed investors. I do not feel protected nor do I want to be protected. People are smart and realize the inherent risks of cryptocurrencies. Let people do what they want. The SEC needs to narrow their scope and stop harming retail investors
