As an avid investor I am disappointed to see this even proposed. There is no way this will help individual households. I'm sick and tired of seeing the same people abuse the markets with no repercussions. The fines these people recieve mean nothing compared to the profits they make from their crimes. I must ask you quit protecting financial criminals and try protecting my family for once.
