March 23, 2023 You can't allow exemptions to the entities who are causing the conflicts of interest and the resulting failures to deliver. That's a ridiculous premise. What happened to fiscal responsibility? If they are so overleveraged that .25% change can completely destroy their business model, then they shouldn't be allowed to participate. Further, if their activities are so irresponsible as to cause mass market volatility, the responible individuals should be jailed. Strip the assets from the company, disolve it, and restructure under a shareholder centered board vote.
