I am a concerned citizen and quite frankly tired of large financial institutions being given exceptions to rules that everyone else has to follow. How many billions of dollars have been leached from hard working people by these parasites while the SEC sits compliciant? How many times have taxpayers been stuck holding the debt caused by bad behavior of the banks and such? I am absolutely opposed to any exceptions to rule S7-01-23 for Market Makers, Hedge funds, banks, or any institution that would benefit from it.
