To whom it may concern, I am in complete opposition of this Citadel "proposal"! Not only does Citadel not follow the illegal short selling rules now, but, they will not follow any new rules that they suggest. You might go look up the lawsuit that was filed on behalf of GTII and the investors. The SEC needs to start reeling in these criminals who are stealing billions with naked counterfeit shares! The SEC also needs to remove FINRA as they have completely fail retail investors. Sincerely, Ian Tucker - Retail investor and currently stuck in the MMTLP play until y'all figure out how we get paid!
