 Dear SEC:

I applaud the ruling to mitigate conflict of interest in our markets. It is no secret our current market system (if you can call it that) is rife with conflicts of interest throughout the ranks of our society. Henceforth, let it be known that I do not agree with the current proposal. I do not agree there should ever exist any special exemptions or needs for anyone. This is a Market and Capitalist society we have, not a Socialist society. The wealthy, the poor, the Market Makers, and the Household Investors all must have a level playing field otherwise we cease to be what we claim.

This rule change further solidifies there exists special people with privileges and numerous other unfair advantages that should never have existed in our markets. So, let it be known that I, a lowly Economics Major and Corporate worker wish to see you, the SEC revoke the new proposed changes and push forward the original proposal.

If you can't compete fairly, don't compete at all
