This is to show the disappointment in which I have that this would even be considered to wait until 2024 to implement the transparency rule s7-01-22. This needs to be implemented immediately. All fines must represent 150% of any possible profits and jail time after 3rd offense on any abuse of any laws. We are tired of the meaningless fines imposed to the millions and billions stolen from retail investors.
