Hello. This rule needs to be put in place as soon as possible to ensure there is a fair and honest market. Hedge Funds are obviously violating the laws against naked short selling and this rule would help to clearly show how those crimes are being committed. This rule is long overdue and should have been in place years ago. Thank you for your consideration.
