Reduction in Large Private Equity Advisor reporting Threshold should be reduced to 1 billion not 1.5 to encompass more than 75 percent of private equity industry.
What would the Fines imposed on those who don't disclose any pertinent information? Wrist slaps? Just the cost of doing business again? Please make fines and penalty be a real deterrent from breaking the Law.
