To whom it may concern,
I believe that transparency of action, and intent in the US market is vital. Too much in the ways of market data, and retail trading, is obfuscated behind round-about language, what I would consider to be mainstream media \"manipulation\" tactics, and dark pools.
How can you expect faith in your markets when, as quoted by Gary Gensler himself on US public television, 90-odd percent of trades take place on unlit (dark) pools, preventing fair price discovery and what the common 'man on the street' would consider to be fundamentals of market forces, supply and demand, and capitalism as they know it.
I fully support this amendment.
