Hello, I would like to report my comments on the aforementioned proposal. The changes seem splendid to me, as they resolve major risk, of which would be harmful to the market as a whole. Therefore, it seems paramount to enable safety measures to ensure that our makers remain stable and coherent, even in times of great distress and volatility. Large institution should be aware of their size, and therefore should take it upon themselves to realize that any major losses they incur would also inflict pain on others.
