To continue to drive fairness in marketplaces, all parties deserve to have an equal playing field. This includes, but is not limited to: large buys and sells by institutions, large positions at risk by institutions, and potential liquidity issues at investment institutions. How may I decide where to trust my money, if the fund has squandered away AUM on bets. If the issue is short term volatility, perhaps a more transparent look at the innerworkings would drive long term investment over short term speculation. Please proceed in evoking this change and have the intestinal fortitude to see through what is right and just versus what is easy.
