I love these rules to protect retail investors,but a lot has been said and little has been done in ways of enforcement.
I truly hope that these rules will actually be enacted to better protect the American Exchanges because so little has been done to provide a true fair market when shorting can be hidden through multiple vehicles leaving investors at a disadvantage.
This is a great step which I hope is followed by another step which would be TO ENFORCE THIS.
