The lack of transparency with the large market makers and private equity investors allows more opportunity for said parties to proceed in illegal activity. There is an abundance of information available regarding the FTDs and the level of transactions taking place off legitimate exchanges. This needs to be dealt with immediately before the level of financial crime creates an insurmountable level of economic disaster.
