I am in support of this amendment. All funds, large or small, should report.
ATS or dark pools should be illegal. The market is supply and demand. Any buy or sell should affect the market and the price. You want to make a large order. Good. That large order needs to affect the price when it happens. This concept of having an off exchange market where trades do not affect the price because they are too large is asinine. All it does is fester and facilitate growth of crime and deception. I would hope that you would do your job of protecting investors, Gary, but I have zero faith in you, the government or the SEC to do the right thing.
