I believe that retail investors (like myself) should have full disclosure of what is happening to our marketplace. Companies should be held accountable for creating diversions and making fake shares of legally distributed stocks from companies so individual retailers can purchase them without the fear of having an inflated price when we decide to sell them. That is why I support this amendment so we can see what companies are doing and catch if they are abusing their legal powers to control the stock markets.
