No one yet has discussed the dark pools which can be used to nullify income stock buys to off the exchange(dark pools). I believe in a fair and equitable market for all investors. Hedge funds are able to manipulate those stock buys to show a stock decline in price because of the dark pools. Even to the point where they can short a stock out of business. I know everyone wants to make lives better for their families but don't always know that in this climate the house always wins ( Hedge funds).
One last item is I always thought ladder attacks on a stock was illegal? I see that every day in most stocks.
