The market needs to be transparent plain and simple. Dark Pools control the price of some stocks like $AMC and others.
I want to make decisions based on real-time data when making investment decisions. Reviewing the underlying company financial performance and historical information are generally available to me. However , relevant data like short interest (real) including synthetic shares are necessary to be able to make safe and sound decisions.
Retail Investors should know that the volatility of price movement may be effected by dark pool activity not accessible to retail investors. Make that data available along with data related to shorting.
