I whole heartedly support any action to increase transparency in the stock market, and this amendment does exactly that. This amendment would increase trust in the market (from foreign and retail investors alike) and support market stability. The predatory practices of private institutions have broken markets in the past, and they will do so in the future if not resolved by the SEC.
