Corrective Action Recommendations (02/16/2021) - Colin Ochs

Since 2020/2021 appears to be a repeat of 2007/2008 by market indicators. It is my suggestion that the SEC actively and for the future proactively enforces the trading laws and regulations that they are tasked to enforce and have been written into law.

The financial/banking sector has operated under the lowest levels of meaningful oversight and regulation during the 21st Century that has categorically caused more harm to the American tax payer by directly and indirectly than any other sector of industry or foreign threat.

As a country, we respond to terroristic threats aimed to destabilize our country with swift and decisive action via homeland security agencies. If the same approach is taken to the financial market place as the counter terrorism effort, we will be able to insure enhanced stability to the market while reinforcing/restoring investor confidence in a free and open market that will undoubtedly be tarnished if uncorrected.
