Subject: Regulatory Review; Suggestions About Regulations and Exemptions Relating to the Offer and Sale of Securities

I think the No public advertisement of Reg D securities really doesn't protect the public, and more importantly holds back business expansions/economy; all while increasing stress for owners.

Why Remove?

It not only would speed up funding, by allowing broader networking of individuals BUT COULD GREATLY REDUCE FRAUD.

How?

So often investors don't realize that there are thousands of companies offering PPM's, so they might settle for the first or first few that came along. By allowing advertising, it would give more options and therefore a potential for better options and education in these placements!

Additionally, I seems unconstitutional to not allow someone to advertise a legitimate LEGAL enterprise!!!!!!!!!!!!
