I urge you to implement the CEO pay disclosure rule as proposed. Investors need MORE information about the practices of the Companies they invest in, not LESS. My investments are not only for my own income at this stage of my life (I am 77+ years old), but also for the growth of the US economy. The more information we have when we make our investments, the better we are.
