Letting public corporations off the hook, as regards their pay practices, is unacceptable. The U.S. SEC procrastination which hides full public disclosure about CEO pay (compared to the average employee) must end immediately.
The information being withheld is critical information the public and the shareholders need, to protect their personal finances from those executives who would play dangerous, unethical games with said finances.
Enforcement of rules requiring Wall Street and big corporations to let us know what they are doing is long overdue.
