The SEC has had five years to develop and implement regulations under Dodd-Frank to require publicly-traded companies to disclose the ratio of their CEO's pay to the pay of their median worker.

Now, when at long last it seemed the rule would finally take effect, it appears the SEC is looking to further delay its implementation.

There is no excuse for this. Stop stalling and do your job.
