Dear Security and Exchange Commission,
I write to support retention of Section 953(b) of Dodd Frank. As the issue of executive compensation has become increasingly contentious, it is also of growing concern to investors. As an investor, I believe it is highly important to bring such information into the public sphere in order to make informed decisions about my investment portfolio. Public perceptions of a company are every bit as important as economic fundamentals. I view stated "compliance difficulties" with raised eyebrows.
Among my acquaintances I know that others share my views. I am writing here to share them with you.
