Any newly formed self regulating organization that lends its name to any illegal funding platform should share in the responsibility of the offense unless a disclaimer is included stating that currently the SEC and FINRA are the only organizations recognized under today's laws. These new SRO and those joining are posting their affiliation knowingly or unknowingly giving citizens a false sense of security in dealing with such illegal funding portals. I believe that the restriction of usage should be implemented until such time as they are granted authority by the SEC and the FINRA.
