The Jobs Act was passed a long time ago and SEC was supposed to write the regulations to administer the Crowdfunding part. I am a small investor that would like to invest in the companies that would use this avenue. I understand that the regulations have not yet been posted to the Federal Register? If so, when will they be posted? If not, what is the delay?
