It's been 1 year since the siging of the JOBS Act of 2012. Isn't it time for the Title I/II to go into effect? Many filmmakers such as myself would greatly benefit. Combined with the reinstatement of the Sect 181 Film Tax Incentive, this year could be a boom for a growing industry - independent film. The delays are having the opposite effect. Please don't delay the 2012 Act until any longer.
