The technical work on my company's new product launch is held up because I am wasting time parsing legal documents on what you (the SEC) might consider general solicitation, and therefore question my financing efforts. Surely, all the institutional investors out there are capable of handling solicitations from entrepreneurs without the protective shield of a foot dragging bureaucracy.
